Would you pay to walk the walls?

Councillors is Derry are to debate charging a fee to walk the walls during Halloween events in the city. It would be £3 per person or £10 for a family of two adults and two children. Council officers believe such a charge would avoid long queues gaining access to the walls during busy Halloween events.
