They have been criticism for the Ambulance Service (NIAS) yesterday (21st April) after two ambulances was dispatched within 5 minutes to the scene of someone having entered the River Foyle. It follows that one person who was on the scene had to wait 45minutes to 1 hour for their mother who had a stroke just a few months ago and sadly passed away....

Fresh text scams are going around where the scammers are pretending to be from the government and claiming you haven't claimed your heating allowance yet. People are being urged to be vigilant and not open any links or reply to the messages. The government says they will never text or ring you asking for bank details.

Father Edward Gallagher has been suspended from the ministry following being charged by police and appearing in court for attempted sexual communication with a child. It was confirmed after appearing in court on Saturday 19 April.

Fr Edward Gallagher, of Orchard Park, Lifford, County Donegal, appeared via video-link at a special hearing of Derry court, sitting in Dungannon.

The department of economy has taking over the funding costs of City of Airport (CODA). The economy minister Caoimhe Archibald has said that her department has now assumed responsibility, and will provide up to £3m annually in a deal that runs until 2029.

Two males, 16 and 18 have been charged by police for disorderly behaviour, grievous bodily harm and attempted criminal damage in Derry. The 16 year old will appear at Derry's Youth Court on Tuesday 6th May while the 18 year old will appear at Derry court on Wednesday 14th May.
